Through the questionnaire survey of private primary schools and public junior schools，this paper discovers some existing problems and proposes how private elementary schools and public junior middle schools connect with each other and shoulder their own responsibilities by taking the core qualities of the development of Chinese students and the outline of Chinese educational development planning as the guideline.Private elementary schools should follow the non-profit school-running principle，run school by law，establish characteristics schools and evacuate and cultivate students' individuality and speciality on the basis of constantly enhancing hardware equipment and teachers' level，rely on connotation for survival and development，overcome the thought of seeking quick success and instant benefits and pursuing a path of sustainable development.
