河南民办初等教育近年来一直保持平稳发展的态势,正在进入内涵式发展阶段,其发展模式和经验对推动国家民办初等教育事业的整体发展具有典型的参考价值和借鉴意义。民办初等教育已成为充实河南省初等教育资源的有效手段,在补齐河南省优质、多元教育资源短板方面的能力不断增强。但办学定位尚不清晰、盲目跟风现象日益突出、理论研究滞后、运行管理机制需要进一步健全等仍然是民办初等教育发展过程中面临的主要问题。适应经济和社会发展需要,突出初等教育阶段的义务教育性质,提供人民群众需求的特色和优质的教育服务,着力提升自身管理水平等都是河南民办初等教育发展中必须考虑的因素。
<<In recent years,private elementary education in Henan is entering the connotative development stage at a stable rate.Its development model and experience is of great reference value and significance to promote the overall development of the national private elementary education.Private elementary education has become an effective means to enrich the elementary education resources with strengthened ability in making up for the deficiency in quality and diversified education resources.However,in the process of development,private elementary education is confronted with a series of major problems,such as unclear school-running positioning,prominent blind following,lagged-behind theoretical research and unimproved operation and management mechanism.At the same time,private elementary education in Henan Province must shoulder the responsibility of meeting the demands for economic and social development,highlighting the compulsory education property at the elementary education stage,providing characteristics and quality education services needed by the masses and striving to enhance the management level.
