Private education has been playing an important role in promoting the development of educational reform.The supply-side reform of private education should focus on the educational characteristic construction.At present，the private high school is plagued by the imbalance between supply and demand and the trend of homogeneous competition.This paper analyzes the market demands of private high school in Henan Province，and summarizes the practical experience of educational characteristic construction in outstanding private high schools with a view to providing references for educational characteristic construction and avoidance of homogeneous competition.
