This article outlines the development of private education in Henan Province，the existing problems，and the development trend of private regular senior high school under the college entrance examination reform.Besides，it gives a brief introduction to the attempts in teaching reform in Zhengzhou Yuhua Experimental School with a view to providing references for educators and discussing about the development of private education.
