China is essentially a developing country.Compared with the private education in developed countries，China still has a long way to go.The various governmental educational policies are still of prime importance to the survival and development of private education.As the most populous province in China，educational development is placed at a relatively disadvantageous position.Therefore，the development of private education is of great importance.This paper analyzes and summarizes the reform explorations of Henan Province with a view to providing reference for the future development of private education in China.
