2016 witnessed the deepening of development and transformation of private education in Henan Province，which was advanced by legalization and marketization.For one thing，the national policy orientation and improvement of educational laws and regulations have provided top-level design for the legalization and marketization of the transformation of private education；for another，after the transformation development in 2003，the private schools of all levels and types could provide experience，strength and driving force for the transformation of the current year.In the following years，adjustment of laws and regulations and changes of population policies will usher in new opportunities for the development and transformation of private education.
