Decisions on Revising the Law of the People's Republic of China on Promotion of Privately-run Schools lays more emphasis on the strengthening of party leadership and party building，classified management and characteristics development，the equitable development of privately and publicly-run schools and intensified supervision of privately-run schools.The Decisions on Revising the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Promotion of Privately-run Schoolshas brought new opportunities to private education and specified the important status of privately education，thus creating historical opportunities for the building of teaching staff team and a fairer legal environment for private education.However，there are still some bottlenecks in the development of private education；for example，more public finance to be allocated to support private education，difficult introduction of high-level talents in privately-run schools，unsettled brain drain，failure of granting the same treatment to teachers from privately-run schools and publicly-run schools and unchanged social understanding of private education.So as to advance the development of private education，it is suggested to carry out the Decisions on Revising the Law of the People's Republic of China on Promotion of Privately-run Schools and the supporting policies and create a sound ecology for sustainable development of private education；strive to eradicate the unfair policies that obstruct the healthy development of private education and protect the legitimate rights of the privately-run schools and teachers and students；improve the differentiated supporting policy system for private education and strengthen the financial support for non-profitable privately-run schools；expand the autonomy in running private schools and optimize the supervisory measures of private schools；support privately-run schools to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship reform and establish an improved innovation and entrepreneurship education system in privately-run schools of different level and category.
