Let people have more sense of gain，it’s the important value orientation and guarantee of economic and social development. Based on the survey of usual residents in Beijing，Beijing residents’sense of gain feel higher overall. At the same time，Beijing residents get higher than the residents of outsiders；institutions within the group，high-income groups，to participate in social security groups，as well as the unit welfare housing，affordable housing and the purchase of commercial housing groups get higher than average. According to the survey，put forward policy to strengthen income distribution，improve the level of social security and eliminate institutional differences.
