北京城市管理和社会治理过程遇到诸多问题,对主要承担社区管理和社区服务的社区工作者提出新的挑战。本文在深入分析社区工作者能力素质要素的基础上,采用能力素质模型的建构方法,提出了首都社区工作者的能力素质模型。并结合社区工作者的实际情况,对普通的社区工作者和社区居委会、社区党委、社区服务站等不同岗位工作人员的能力素质进行了细致的分析。
<<The urban management and social governance process in Beijing encountered many problems,posing new challenges to community workers who mainly undertake community management and community services. Based on the in-depth analysis of the competency of community workers,this paper adopts the construction method of competency model,and puts forward the competency model for community workers in the capital. According to the actual situation of community workers,this paper also analyzes the competency of ordinary community workers,community neighborhood committee,community Party committee,community service station and other personnel in detail.
