According to the survey data of floating population dynamic monitor of all China and network data based on China housing market，describes the Beijing housing rental market and the rental housing situation of floating population in Beijing，and analyzes the influencing factors of the floating population in Beijing housing. The results show that the income level，education level，household nature，age，marital status，age，occupation types have a significant relation with the housing rental.
