At present，the child protection regulations in different countries include mandatory regulations and NCAP regulations.The NCAP has more stringent safety standards and higher reference value.This paper analyzes three major NCAP child protection regulations，Euro NCAP child protection，Latin NCAP child protection and Chinese C-NCAP child protection，and analyzes the development strategy and design method for Euro NCAP child protection requirement.The study of NCAP child protection legislation has a more realistic meaning，i.e.to avoid children who have been riding a child restraint system without the corresponding protection and really improve the safety of children's riding.
