本文通过对交通弱者的事故特点、出行特征、违法心理的分析,提出基于行人事故与两轮车事故数据的研究方法。从技术角度来看,大多数行人和两轮车交通事故是可以从车辆主、被动安全两个方面的安全技术提升来控制的。本文还深刻剖析了电动自行车的安全问题和社会问题,很多城市以“安全性差”、“管理成本高”、“污染环境”“不节能环保”及“交通拥堵”等理由进行限制,但始终无法逆转两轮车尤其是电动自行车保有量持续增加的趋势。基于以上的分析,本文提出了如何利用技术方法解决交通弱势群体的交通安全问题。
<<Based on the analysis of accident characteristics,travel characteristics and illegal psychology of traffic weak,this paper puts forward the research methods based on pedestrian accident and two-wheeler accident data.From a technical point of view,most pedestrians and two-wheeled traffic accidents can be controlled from the active safety and passive safety technologies.In addition,this article also profoundly analyzes the safety problems and social problems of electric bicycles.Many cities have restricted the use of electric bicycles for the the reasons,such as “poor security”,“high management cost”,“polluting the environment”,“no energy saving” and “traffic jam” etc..But they can not hinder the development trend of the two-wheeled vehicles,especially electric bicycles.Finally,based on the above analysis,this paper also provides the solution of using the technical method to solve the traffic safety of vulnerable groups.
