It is of theoretical and realistic significance to discuss the question of “legislative lag” in Macau. Starting from the data in 2016，this article provides comments on the developments of the legislative activities of the Legislative Assembly and the execution of the laws. Uncompleted legislative activities in 2016 are then analysed to provide an outlook for the work of the Legislative Assembly，so that readers can understand and respect more on legislative activities in Macau.
