本文在介绍和分析韩国农业职业教育体系的形成、发展和变化的基础上,着重探讨其管理模式、推进机制及其社会效果。本文特别关注韩国政府重视思想教育、观念更新的农业职业教育导向,政府主导、产学合作推进农业职业教育的管理模式,以及为保证韩国农业职业教育不偏离营农专业化方向而采取的激励机制等,并指出了韩国的经验对我国农村教育改革的借鉴意义。
<<On the basis of an outline of the formation,development and changes in ROK's agricultural vocational education,this article discusses with emphasis its model of management,promotion mechanism,and social effects,with special attention paid to the Korean government's educational policies of ideological education and knowledge upgrade.The model of management is the government playing the leading role,to be followed by a cooperation between the manufacturing industry and research institutions.There are certain incentive schemes to ensure that this agricultural vocational education stays in alignment with the development of agricultural specialisation.This article equally discusses what China can learn from South Korea in terms of educational reform in rural areas.
