This paper describes the rapid development of innovation and wisdom of Zhengdong New District CBD in recent years.The CBD is a city functional unit developed by the Urban Planning and Design Institute in 2000 which is guided by the government.On the one hand，it insists on the concept of innovation and wisdom，promotes infrastructure construction，develops and builds commercial landmarks，continuously promotes industrial agglomeration，accelerates the layout of business elements，to provide innovative development platform；the other hand，innovation and development practice，in the ecosystem，underground corridors，intelligent traffic and other intelligent city construction has initially formed a wisdom of urban development pattern and the development of business industry layout；the future goal is to gradually build the characteristics of the Central Plains International CBD.
