自贸试验区政策对所在城市CBD的发展存在一定的影响。当CBD处在自贸区范围内时，自贸区政策将有利于促进CBD的发展；当CBD不在自贸区范围内时，两者可能形成一定的竞合关系。本文分析了上海、广东、天津、福建四个自贸区与所在城市CBD的关系，发现总体表现出合作共赢的态势，自贸区政策为CBD提供了一些服务业开放创新的思路。随着第三批七个自贸区的批复和建设，各个城市CBD服务业发展可以参考自贸区政策扩大开放，更好地促进自贸区与CBD联动发展，引领城市经济开放升级。
<<The policy of the FTA has a certain influence on the development of CBD in the city.When the CBD is in the FTA，it will help promote the development of CBD；when the CBD is not within the scope of the FTA，it may form a certain competitive relationship.This paper analyzes the impact of the four FTAs in Shanghai，Guangdong，Tianjin and Fujian on the CBD，and shows the feature of cooperation and win-win situation.With the approval and construction of the third batch of seven FTAs，CBD service industry can refer to the FTA policy to expand open and promote cooperation and win-win of the FTA and CBD，leading open and upgrade of the city's economy.
