Under the background of vast pressure in total employments of college students and salient structural contradictions in employment，the method of college students' innovative undertaking to promote the employment has been one way to solve the employment problem of college students. On the one hand，from the aspect of policy support system，the entrepreneurial policies of college students in Guangzhou can be divided into two types：general encouragement policy and competitive encouragement policy. On the other hand，the entrepreneurial intention of college students have some characteristics including gender differences，restrictions by subjective and objective factors，optimistic expectation of future entrepreneurship，and insufficient cognition of the entrepreneurial policy. Since the present college student's entrepreneurship policy support system takes insufficient consideration of factors that may influence the entrepreneurial intention of college students，and there are many problems in the implementation of the entrepreneurial policy，such as the lack of systematicness，lack of propaganda，the difficulty of policy implementation and the insufficient consideration of the particularity of entrepreneurship principals，relevant departments urgently need to enhance the policy propaganda，strengthen the supporting force，simplify the administrative examination and approval procedures，rationalize the policy system and make further improvements in other respects.
