Based on the situation of disabled people in Guangzhou and the status of employment services for the disabled，this paper analyzes the service policy of disabled people in Guangzhou and the delivery efficiency of service. We finds out that there are some problems like narrow employment service coverage，lack of investment and professional service personnel and workplace. At last，this paper proposes solutions such as improving the employment of disabled people preferential policies，guiding employment service organization to standardize construction，improving the employment service network and providing various forms of employment information and jobs and focusing on universal employment training and employment rehabilitation services.
