保障女性就业是关系每一个家庭切身利益的大事,是社会共同的责任。本文旨在探讨广州地区女性就业保障的政策措施和实践情况,采用比较研究的方法,与香港和台湾地区的女性就业保障情况进行对比、解读,并从社会性别视角分析女性就业保障领域中理论模型和实践的有效结合,为广州女性就业保障实践提供借鉴和参考,以促进广州女性就业环境的优化发展。
<<The protection of women's employment security right is a common responsibility of the whole society. Taking gender perspective,the present study tends to analyze the present mode of Guangzhou women's employment security with comparison of Hong Kong and Taiwan's case studies,and propose suggestions for further improvement.
