Based on the analysis of international shipping logistics center and the current situation that the demand of logistics talents changes，this article analyzes the influence factors of quality of employment. The result shows that with the change of the logistics business model and business services，the great changes of the demand of logistics talent have taken place. At the same time，the talent demand of Guangzhou （cross-border） electricity logistics service chain and shipping logistics service in the future will be huge. However，the existing talent training of logistics professional is not able to match the demand in the future. In order to improve the quality of graduation employment，higher vocational colleges in Guangzhou should cooperate with the enterprise through differentiation cultivation model.
