在分析广州市建设国际航运物流中心、广州市物流业的转型升级背景下物流人才需求变化的基础上,基于广州市属院校就业质量报告,本文对高职物流类专业就业质量提升的影响因素进行分析。研究结果显示,物流业逐步向供应链一体化综合服务转型,物流企业的业务模式不断创新、业务服务不断完善,对物流人才的需求发生了很大的变化。同时,广州市(跨境)电商物流服务链、航运物流服务链未来人才需求缺口较大,而现有的物流专业人才培养无法与之相适应。广州市高职物流类专业应以校企合作为抓手,通过差异化、协同化的人才培养模式和机制升级改造,提供有竞争力的人力资本,提升毕业生的就业质量,促进区域产业发展。
<<Based on the analysis of international shipping logistics center and the current situation that the demand of logistics talents changes,this article analyzes the influence factors of quality of employment. The result shows that with the change of the logistics business model and business services,the great changes of the demand of logistics talent have taken place. At the same time,the talent demand of Guangzhou (cross-border) electricity logistics service chain and shipping logistics service in the future will be huge. However,the existing talent training of logistics professional is not able to match the demand in the future. In order to improve the quality of graduation employment,higher vocational colleges in Guangzhou should cooperate with the enterprise through differentiation cultivation model.
