This investigation aims to understand the basic information of urban and rural residents in Guangzhou on employment，professional and vocational skill，as well as participation of social insurance，labor relation and labor income. This report basically researches the rights and interests' maintenance and personal labor disputes for migrant workers. The result assists the government to further fathom the basic information about human resource and social security of urban and rural residents in Guangzhou and migrant workers，providing basic data for scientific decision-making and policy-making of human resource and social security.
