本文以2016年广州社会状况综合调查数据为样本，运用欧洲基金会就业质量评价标准体系框架，从职业和就业安全、技能发展、工作与非工作生活的和谐、健康与福利四方面分析新常态下广州居民就业状况。最后，得出五大结论。
<<Based on the survey data of Guangzhou Social Survey in 2016，this paper analyzes the employment of Guangzhou residents according to the European foundation quality evaluation standard system. This paper analyzes the employment security，skill development，the harmony of work and non-work life，health and welfare of Guangzhou residents. At last，it draws five conclusions.
