本文分别从人力资源市场供求情况、行业用工情况、劳动者就业情况三个维度分析研判广州市2016年基本就业状况。基于上述分析指出目前就业中存在的两大问题,一是经济下行压力持续增大,对就业的影响不容忽视;二是就业结构性矛盾依然突出。为解决这两大问题,笔者根据实践经验提出了五条建议,包括落实就业创业政策,推动“互联网+”就业新模式,优化就业援助手段,提高就业专项资金使用效益,建立数据共享联动机制。
<<This paper analyzed the basic employment situation in 2016 in Guangzhou form three dimensions in respective. This paper analyzes the supply and demand of human resources market,employment in industry and labor employment in Guangzhou. Based on the above analysis,it points out two problems in the employment. One is that the economic downturn becomes more and more severe,which will influence the employment situation dramatically. Another one is the structural contradiction of employment is still serious. To solve these two problems,the writer puts forward five suggestions according to the practical experience,including implementing the policy of employment and entrepreneurship,promoting the Internet plus mode,optimizing employment assistance,enhancing the utilization efficiency of employment expenditure,and establishing data sharing linkage mechanism.
