In 2016，with strong supervision，reform facilitation，risk prevention and some other policies and measures，the capital market has been further regulated and has exerted the function of value investment so as to effectively protect the interest of consumers，enhance the confidence of the market and run in a stable and healthy manner.Based on the evaluation model 2016，through further improvement and specification of corporate governance index system and introduction and update of multi-dimensional innovation capacity index，the author of the report has formed a valuation model in five dimensions：financial performance，valuation and growth，capacity of value creation，corporate governance，and innovation and R ＆ D.Besides，the company has conducted evaluation and comprehensive ranking for Chinese listed companies by industry with the data disclosed in the annual report of 2016 and screened the listed companies with high value by industry.According the ranking result we find that the operating conditions of the economic fundamentals，consumption upgrades and population aging，resonance of multiple policy factors，quick application of a new generation of Internet technologies and some other factors are an important in the value growth of listed companies and also a reference for China's future economic restructuring.
