Intellectual property specialized service platform of mass entrepreneurship and innovation base is an important platform，which serves for application，protection，transaction and transformation of intellectual property in the base，and it is a important assistor of motivating innovation passion and promoting technological achievement transformation. Specialized service platform of mass entrepreneurship and innovation base has achieved modest results of relying of knowledge platform and producing teaching and researching，while still promoting transaction and transformation of incubations for technological achievement. Due to existing defects and shortcomings on intellectual property，intellectual property specialized service platform faces some problems and challenges within Henan province. Therefore，in order to be the solid backing for the intellectual property specialized service and the development of mass entrepreneurship and innovation base，there is a need to strengthen cooperation with the administrative department of government.
