The promotion of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education is not only an important part of university education reforms，but also an important embodiment of the national innovation-driven strategy. At present，there has not been a standardized curriculum setting. This report investigates the present situation of Henan’s mass entrepreneurship and innovation educational system and raises the relevant issues within these universities. Further focus will be given to the development suggestions for the “mass entrepreneurship and innovation education” in universities，by utilizing case studies in the first batch of research facilities in these universities at Henan province.
