In 2015，the Jiangsu provincial government put forward the goal of establishing the government of law in Jiangsu in 2020. The construction of the government of law is an important content of the construction of rule of law in recent years，the Jiangsu government has made great achievements. But with the basic requirements of the goal of law government，there are still exist many problems. In order to achieve the goal，Jiangsu needs to take the following measures：First，strengthen the awareness of the law and improve the government staff thinking of rule of law and administrative capacity. Second，improve the legal decision-making mechanism and improve the decision-making standardized level. Thirdly，strengthen the law enforcement team construction and strive to improve law enforcement ability. Fourly，adhere to the legal bottom line of government and promote social governance by law. Fifthly，improve the security mechanism and improve the support capability of the government of law construction.
