社会文明程度高是全面建成高水平小康社会的内在要求。人类的社会实践不仅创造着物质文明、政治文明和精神文明，也创造着生态文明和人的文明，这些文明子系统相互影响、相互促进，使人类文明呈现整体性的发展态势，从而形成整体文明。本文从先进文化与精神文明建设、民主法治与政治文明建设、社会关系与生活文明建设等方面，分析了江苏社会文明建设取得的主要成绩、面临的主要问题，并提出了对策建议。
<<The high level of social civilization is one of the target of building a affluent society. The system of the civilization includes the material civilization，the political civilization，the ecological civilization and the spiritual civilization. This paper analyzes the achievements and the problems that the construction of social civilization of Jiangsu faced. And give some suggestions on how to improve the social civilization of Jiangsu.
