On one hand，the multidimensional institutional system. diversified capital input mechanism and bio-directional integration mechanism have been established. On the other hand，there are some constraints such as confusion of the management，lack of long-term financing mechanism，poor talent engagement and so on. We should improve the management mechanism，explore and establish the long-term care insurance system in order to promote better and faster development of the combination of medical care and elderly care service.
