On July 7，2016，a post titled “Body of villager discovered in her demolished house as the result of forced relocation 21 days later in Changsha，Hunan province” went viral on the internet. Expressions such as “buried by forced house demolition”，“photo showing the horrible scene” filled the title of articles on the media，and “forced demolition” got into the center of public opinions. Changsha Municipal Government released a circular on the treatment of incident on the evening of July 12，and the public sentiment cooled down on July 13.
