Since Ming and Qing Dynasty，the local artists of the ceramic sculpture in Dehua show their own ideas about the ownership of the arts and crafts through seal inscription、protecting local craft、inheritance of technique、the order arrangement and the behavior restrictions in the space of the production and operation，and the pursuit of technological innovation. At present，with the development of law protection work on the intellectual property，the process of the concept of personal ownership is strengthening. Meanwhile the traditional interpersonal relationship、the ideal artists’ image and so on are weakening the process and display of the personal property on the arts and crafts.
