乍得阳光国际工业园（以下简称“乍得工业园”）项目于2010年启动，目前已入驻并投产6个项目，9个项目在建。乍得工业园项目一直受到乍得政府的高度重视，并被列为乍得工业发展的优先项目，在土地、税收等方面获得了一系列优惠政策，因而成为中国和乍得经贸合作的一个窗口。但乍得工业园尚处于初始运作阶段，面临着园区基础设施配套薄弱、融资难、人才短缺等问题，需要中乍双方政府在政策引导、资金支持等方面继续加大扶持力度。
<<The project of Chad Soluxe International Industrial Park （CIP）started in 2010. So far，there are 6 operating projects in CIP，and 9 projects now under construction. The Chadian government has been paying high attention to the industrial park project，making it a priority in Chad’s industrial development. Therefore，CIP enjoys many preferential policies in land and tax，and has become a showcase for China-Chad economic and trade cooperation. At its early stage of development，CIP has encountered many difficulties and challenges，like weak infrastructure，financing difficulties，and shortage of talents. Hence，both Chinese and Chadian governments should continuously augment their support in policy guiding and financial backing.
