As an important component of international talent introduction，Study in China has become a significant point for the enhancement of International Talent Competitiveness. Based on summaries about Study in China’s current situation and the Regional International Talent Competitiveness index，this report analyzes the differences in regional competitiveness among five provinces/mulnicipalities，including Beijing，Shanghai，Zhejiang，Jiangsu and Sichuan. According to the analysis above，policy recommendations are given to promote the development of Study in China，as well as to enhance China’s International Talent Competitiveness，including increasing university’s autonomy to conduct Study in China programs，integrating local features in Study in China to enhance regional competitiveness，and forming agglomerative advantages by strengthening regional cooperation in education.
