The number of mobile phone users in China has exceeded 1.3 billion，and mobile Internet users reached 900 million by July 2016. Mobile phones which carrying huge data including personal，enterprising as well as national resources will become the main attack targets by hackers and hostile forces. After a number of telecommunication fraud，telecommunication security has been the focus of the public opinion，meanwhile phone number security has been a significant task for the current telecommunication development.
