相较于发达国家，我国公民的科学素质普遍偏低。科普宣传是提高公民科学素质的有效途径。目前我国进行科普宣传的科普人才队伍存在总量不足、结构不合理的问题，因此需要加强和完善科普人才队伍建设以促进我国科普工作的开展。中国科学院作为各类科技人才聚集的科研院所，在科普工作中发挥着重要的作用，其科普人才队伍建设的经验也值得借鉴。本文针对科普人才建设中的政策措施和未来科普人才队伍建设途径，结合中国科学院科普人才队伍现状，分析了中国科学院科普人才队伍的建设情况，以期总结出优秀的经验，帮助优化及壮大科普人才队伍。
<<A citizen’s scientific literacy is lower in China than in developedcountries. Popularization of science and technology （PST） is the main method to improve citizens’ scientific literacy. At present，the lackof and irrational structure of PST talent are the main restraints of developing PST，soit is necessary to strengthen and improve the construction ofa PST talent team to promote the development of China’s PST undertaking. As the scientific and technological talents pool，Chinese Academy of Sciences （CAS） plays an important role in thePST of China，and the mechanism of constructinga PST talent team carried out by CAS could be a model. This paper analyzes the situation and the policy measures for constructing aPST talent team in CAS，and future measures for improving the development of aPST talent team are discussed. The aim of CAS’sPST talent team is to provide experience for strengthening and optimizing the PST talent team of China.
