Science popularization is drawing more and more attention in China. The requirement for science popularization talent is becoming more urgent. And different types of science talents are playing a key role in their respective fields. However，path of how specialized talentin science and technology museumdevelopsis not very clear. This paper focuses on the status quo of domestic science popularization talent in science and technology museums，analyzes the significance of personnel training in science and technology museum，proposes a training path and model for the future needs of popular science and technology museum，and provides theoretical support for the development of science popularization talent in science and technology museums.
