Innovation-driven is essentially talent driven. In the implementation of innovation driven development strategies，we must accelerate the construction of innovative talents. Science popularization talent is an important part of innovative talents. Effective evaluation should be carried out according to theunderstandingof the current situation of science popularization talents in our country and based onscience policy and science talent coupling relationship.
