转基因食品的安全性争议持续发酵,舆情热度不断上升,是全球公众最为关注的热点议题之一。为理性引导我国大陆公众参与转基因食品安全的舆论探讨,本文以网络舆情为视角,在深入分析2001年以来我国大陆转基因食品安全网络舆情发展演化的基础上,厘清公众对转基因食品安全的态度的演变规律及其形成机理。研究发现,我国大陆网民更关注粮食谷物类的转基因食品,而粮食谷物类也确实是我国大陆现阶段存在转基因食品安全风险最多的食品类别。与此同时,本文分析2007~2016年我国大陆转基因食品安全网络舆情的数量状况,将转基因食品安全网络舆情的发展演化过程分为萌芽、突发、发展、井喷、平稳5个阶段。此外,进一步分析转基因食品安全网络舆情井喷阶段的事件及其构成要素,构建转基因食品安全网络舆情的传播路径,发现转基因食品安全网络舆情具有大众传播、群体传播的典型特征,媒体和网民对转基因食品持有明显的负面态度,不利于我国大陆转基因食品安全网络舆情的客观传播。为此,我国政府应正面引导转基因食品安全网络舆情,科学引导公众准确认识转基因食品安全问题,为转基因技术与转基因食品的发展创造公平客观的环境。
<<The controversy of genetically modified(GM)food safety continues to ferment,and the popularity of public opinion is rising,GMG becomes one of the hottest topics in the world. In order to guide mainland Chinese public have a rational opinion on safety of GM food,this paper analyze the developmentof GM food safety since 2001,and clarify the formation mechanism of public behavior and attitude to GM food safety from the perspective of network public opinion in the mainland. The study found that public pays more attention to GM food which belongs to grain crops,which is also the most problematic category of GM food safety in mainland China. Meanwhile,the result showed that the network public opinion on GM food safety has experienced five stages during 2007-2013 in China,including the embryonic stage,the burst phase,the spreading stage,the blowout phase,and the stationary phase. In addition,the transmission path of network public opinion on GM food safety was constructed through analyzing the specific incidents and constituent elements in the blowout phase,the network public opinion on GM food has the typical characteristic of mass communication-group communication,media and internet users have obvious negative attitude to GM food,it is not conducive to the objective propagation of public opinion on GM food safety in China mainland. Therefore,government should regulate the network public opinion on GMF safety positively,guide the public behavior and attitude of GM food safety scientifically,and create a fair environment for the development of GM technology and GM food.
