<<Beijing is a very large city,whose most of food are made from outside areas. From the perspective of prevention and control,input risks should be stressed during regulating. Through focusing on substandard food information released by the regulatory authorities,we can find the regularity of the origin characteristics. Therefore,it is helpful to improve the food safety level in Beijing by establishing the prevention and control mechanism of input risk of food safety based on its origin.
