Agricultural products safety production is the important measures to safeguard consumers’ health and social stability. To clarify what the safety production needs of the agricultural producers，which is the guarantee to agricultural products safety production. Based on the survey data of 986 sample from five typical agricultural production provinces. The agricultural producers’ safety production needs for policy was understood and its influencing factors were analyzed by Logistic model. The results showed that agricultural producers’ needs of policy support，in order of importance，it goes：to increase the pricing power，production and technical training，market information and funding support，etc. And the influencing factors of different policy requirements are also different. There are more significant factors：annual family income，whether or not participating agricultural cooperatives，the difficulty of selling agricultural products，the willingness of learning knowledge of safety production，etc. Therefore，when it makes policy should adopt flexible incentive and supervision ways to promote agricultural products safety production.
