New normal economy has new requirements on China’s economic structure and policy adjustment. Jiangsu is one of China’s strong economic province，the adjustment of its industrial structure has positive effects on the industrial structure upgrading of the Yangtze River Delta，and even the whole country. Under the background of new normal economy，this paper saw Jiangsu coastal area as a sample unit，did empirical research on the adjustment of industrial structure and policy choice with statistical analysis tools，based on the various time-series panel data，and put forward suggestions and measures according to the results of the analysis.
