Business model innovation in strategic emerging industries is as important as technological innovation. Since 2009，Jiangsu has placed strategic emerging industries in a prominent position，and has promoted the scale of strategic emerging industries to expand，and rapidly ranks first in China. However，the current business model in Jiangsu can’t completely adapt to the development of strategic emerging industries. Therefore，it is necessary to push the business model of strategic emerging industries from a “focused” business model to an “integrated” business model.
