Green development is the basic path of county economy transformation and upgrading in the new period. Jiangsu has made a series of achievements in the green development of county economy，but there are still many deficiencies in the aspects of concept cognition and support ability. In the new historical period，Jiangsu should enhance the capacity and performance of county economy green development through top-level design，policy support，mechanism innovation，so as to provide a strong support for achieving the strategic objectives of “gathering force for innovation，focusing on enriching the people，building a well-off society in a high level”.
