Summary：“Internet+”，the integration of the Internet and traditional fields，has become an irresistible trend of the times，profoundly affects the economic and social development. Based on the development of Jiangsu “Internet+” enterprises and the characteristics of Jiangsu economic development，this paper focuses on the analysis of existing support policies and the disruptive trend of “Internet+”，puts forward some suggestions including，improve the efficiency of the implementation of existing policies，optimize existing policies from the perspective of the future.
