As the earliest and highest degree of aging province，Jiangsu’s Pension Industry has made impressive progress，but also many problems need to be solved. In order to promote the new development of the pension industry，this paper learns from the advanced practices and experiences of the developed countries，such as the United States，Japan，Sweden and South Korea，and puts forward a new thinking by deepening of the connotation and expanding the extension of pension industry to innovate the industry development model，and strive to build and improve the division and cooperation among government，market and social works of the industrial chains. Then give some corresponding policy recommendations.
