Since its founding twelve years ago，Wanda Cinemas has grown into a leading enterprise in the film industry in China. Over the past two years，Wanda cinemas focused on developing its main business to consolidate its market position. Meanwhile，it stepped up the pace of mergers and acquisitions for the purpose of building an industrial chain and shaping film ecosystem. The company was also faced with tightening polices，lack of content，the growing impact of the internet and other challenges. Based on this，some suggestions for development are then put forward in this report.
