After two years of rapid development，the capital market of internet media had maintained a good growth momentum in 2016. Along with the promotion of “Internet+” initiative，internet media had become an investment hot spot. Based on relevant data and investment cases，this paper explores the new phenomenon，new characteristics and new problems of the internet media capital market and analyzes the trend of internet media investment and financing in China.
