The employment of graduates reflects the quality of professional talent training. This paper explored the achievements and problems in the talent cultivation process of higher vocational education，provided the survey data of comprehensive analysis with regard of the student，employer，and parents by setting an example of the graduates who majored in human resources management in the year of 2013 in Beijing College of Social Administration. The survey result shows the ways to improve the quality of personnel training are the following：Scientifically setting up the professional curriculum，establishing practical teaching system and improving the students’ specialized skills.
