毕业生的就业状况反映了专业人才培养质量。本文以北京社会管理职业学院2013届人力资源管理专业毕业生为例,通过三方(学生、用人单位、家长)视角,综合分析调查数据,探讨人才培养过程中取得的成绩与存在的问题。本文认为,要提高人才培养质量,应科学设置专业课程,构建有效的实践教学体系,提升学生的专业技能。
<<The employment of graduates reflects the quality of professional talent training. This paper explored the achievements and problems in the talent cultivation process of higher vocational education,provided the survey data of comprehensive analysis with regard of the student,employer,and parents by setting an example of the graduates who majored in human resources management in the year of 2013 in Beijing College of Social Administration. The survey result shows the ways to improve the quality of personnel training are the following:Scientifically setting up the professional curriculum,establishing practical teaching system and improving the students’ specialized skills.
