专业社会工作岗位的设置管理和激励保障日益成为当前我国专业社会工作发展的重要议题,它关乎专业社会工作人才的存留和社会工作职业化的水平。民办社工机构是社会工作发展和专业社会工作人才就业的重要载体,但尚处初步发展阶段,面临着诸多挑战和问题。本研究以北京市为例,剖析了民办社工机构岗位设置管理和激励保障的基本现状与主要问题,并系统提出了相关对策与建议。
<<The setting management and incentives guarantee of professional social work positions increasingly become an important issue in the development of professional social work. It relates to the retention of social workers and social work occupational level. The private social agencies are important carriers of social work development. However,the current development of the private social agencies is still in early stages of development,facing with many challenges and problems. In this study,the author in-depth investigates and analyzes the basic status and the main problems of setting management and incentive guarantee of social work positions in Beijing private social work agencies,and systematically puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
