It is of great significance for the urban-rural integration to promote New-type urbanization，and realize the sustainable development of society. During the 12th Five-Year Plan period，the urban-rural integration in Yanshi city has been some successful practice and exploration. However，there but in are still many problems existed in the urbanizing level，urban system，energy and environmental pressures. In the paper，in order to achieve urban sustainable development，we propose to coordinate urban and rural factors，promote the development of cluster，strengthen urban and rural construction and sharing system in Yanshi city during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.
